How Much does Our Certification Training Cost?

Our Forklift Ticket certification training costs $440 per person on a weekday, and $500 per person on the weekend. This is for 1 day of training and 1 day of assessment. This price can vary monthly with special sales, so keep an eye out. See below for more information.

TLILIC0003 – Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck Course Information

FMS Training ensures all participants are well-prepared with learning materials and resources. Upon booking confirmation, participants receive access to essential pre-course materials including online forklift training videos, a detailed forklift training manual, and our forklift practice quiz. During the course, all necessary equipment, such as varying forklift models and safety gear, is provided to facilitate hands-on learning and simulate a realistic training experience.

Entry Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of assessment.
  • Provide Unique Student Identifier (USI), and proof of identification i.e. Driver Licence, Passport or Birth Certificate.
  • Be able to understand, read and write in English (WH&S Requirement).
  • Have an intermediate level of language, literacy and numeracy (to be able to complete the assessments).
  • Be able to complete a written test (without assistance of a translator).
  • Be able to complete a practical driving test.
  • Have read and understood our Cancellation, Reschedule Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  • Have read and understood the pre-course materials (emailed upon confirmation of enrolment).

High Risk Work Licence Information

On successful completion of this course, candidates must lodge their licence application directly to Workplace Health and Safety QLD. Forklift candidates will be issued with a Candidate Assessment Summary (CAS) to be able to lodge online, and forklift licence will be mailed out to them. Candidates will only have 60 days to lodge the application online. After this period the Candidate Assessment Summary (CAS) will be deemed invalid and you will need to pay for another reassessment. So it is VERY IMPORTANT that they do this straight away.
